Privacy Policy
This policy covers grafcustomhomes.com, run by Graf Custom Construction, 217 East Lancaster Rd, Harmony, PA 16037. It explains what the site collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
What you type into a form. The estimate form on the home and contact pages asks for your name, phone, email, address and details about your project. The realtor program form asks for your client's and your own contact details and your brokerage's name, address and federal tax ID, which we need to pay a referral commission. The employment form asks for your name, phone, email, how to reach you, whether you have a driver's license, and any resume you attach. We use this only to answer you, prepare an estimate, pay a commission or consider your application. We do not sell it.
What is collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to see how people find and use the site: pages visited, rough location, device type and how you arrived. It uses cookies. We never send it names, phone numbers or email addresses. When you send the realtor or employment form we also record the time, the page and your IP address, which helps us tell real requests from spam.
Who handles it for us
- Buildertrend runs the estimate form and stores what you send through it in our project management system.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the realtor and employment forms, including any resume you upload.
- Google provides analytics and the office map on the contact page.
- houseplans.co runs the plan search on the Home Planning Tool page. What you search there is handled under their own terms.
Each of these handles data for us under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept as long as we need them to handle your request and keep a record of our work together. Analytics data follows Google's settings for our account, usually 14 months.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (724) 584-5803 or write to us at the address above. You can also block cookies in your browser; the site works without them.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
